Conference Registration:
$650 USD per person
Conference registration fee covers:
- 4 nights accommodation (May 21, 22, 23, & 24)
- Transportation from Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) on Sunday, May 21.
- Return transportation to RDU for flights departing May 25.
- All meals from Breakfast, Monday, May 22 through Breakfast, Thursday, May 25 excluding 1 dinner which will be on your own.
- All conference activities and materials.
Guests:
If traveling with someone who will not attend the conference there is a $200 fee for that person. This fee includes:
- 4 nights accommodation (May 21, 22, 23, & 24)
- Transportation from Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) on Sunday, May 21.
- Return transportation to RDU for flights departing May 25.
- The option to join for any/all conference meals including the Awards Banquet.
- The option to join for any/all cultural activities during the conference.

Conference Grants:
A limited number of conference grants are available. Conference grants cover the entire registration fee. They do not cover airfare or attending the Cultural Field Seminar. Preference will be given to instructors, technology support and coordinators currently participating in GPE programming. To apply for a conference grant, please submit the form found here to GPEinfo@ecu.edu by March 15, 2023.
Cultural Field Seminar:
$650 USD per personĀ
Cultural Field Seminar fees cover:
- 3 nights accommodation (May 25, 26, & 27).
- Some meals.
- Group transport including transport to RDU for flights departing May 28.
- Entrance and participation fees.
Guests:
For those who had guests during the conference who will also attend the cultural excursion, the price per couple for a shared room will is $1,100 USD.
