Flights

The conference organizers strongly recommend flying into Hagi Iwami Airport (IWJ) as they cannot provide transport from any other airports or stations. You can connect to Hagi Iwami via Haneda Airport (HND) in Tokyo.

Complimentary airport pick-ups to Hagi Iwami airport provided on Sunday, May 19. If arriving earlier, please contact gpe17@u-shimane.ac.jp to discuss arrangements.

Complimentary airport drop-offs to Hagi Iwami airport provided:

  • Wednesday, May 22 after the conclusion of the conference for 18:15 flight from IWJ – HND.
  • Saturday, May 25 after the conclusion of the cultural field seminar for 10:55 flight from IWJ – HND.
