Conference Registration Fees:
$550 USD (Single Room) $450 USD (Students)
Includes:
  • All conference activities and materials
  • 4 nights accommodations in university housing (May 14-May 17)
    • If you have an early flight out of RDU on May 18, you may arrange to stay in hotel near the RDU airport on May 17.
    • Additional nights in university housing: $50 per night
    • Those participating in Track 2 may choose to stay at a local hotel for an additional fee
    • Please see the accommodations page for more details
  • Travel to and from RDU airport
  • A banquet and all meals from breakfast Monday, May 15th through lunch, Wednesday, May 17th.
Cultural Field Seminar Fee:
$550 USD (shared room, price per person) $675 USD (single room) $450 USD (student, shared room, price per person)
Includes:
  • Transportation in a luxury motor coach to and around Washington DC and back to RDU
  • 3 nights accommodations (May 18 – May 20)
    • May 18 and May 19 near Washington DC)
    • May 20 near RDU (plan to fly out on May 21)
  • Some meals
  • All cultural activities and entrance fees

Payments must be made in USD using one of the following methods:
